Weight: 124.2

Intake: 1 cup of coffee, 1 spinach salad with walnuts, apples and tomatoes, 2 big bits of a low fat muffin, 2 string cheeses, 1 small bowl of spaghetti with broccoli and olives, 2 slices of bread with butter, 1 small bowl of ice cream (purge)


I went shopping today. Something I really didn't want to do but I kind of didn't have a choice. Size 28 jeans barely fit me so I decided to hold off on buying new jeans. I ate a lot today. I don't know why. I'm trying not to but it's become a habit when I'm bored. I've been working out though. Last night I did ab and arm workouts along with 10 minutes on the elliptical machine. Tonight I did 15 minutes on the treadmill (100 calories), ab and arm workouts, and 12 minutes on the elliptical (75 calories). I'm so sore, I love it! Haha does anyone else love feeling sore after working out? It lets me know I'm making progress. I hope you're all doing better than me :)
