So I did fantastic on Friday. All I had was 1 cup of coffee and 2 beers. I fucked up on Saturday and Sunday though. I always fuck up on the weekends. I didn't do too great today either. But I went to the gym. I did 15 minutes on the elliptical (100 calories), and tons of ab, arm, and leg workouts. I hope you're all doing great. Stay strong! :)
