Intake: 1 cup of coffee, Steamed broccoli, 10 slices of baked fries, 1 piece of fried chicken, 5 crackers


Today was better. I kept myself busy so I wouldn't eat. I did 15 minutes on the treadmill (100 calories), ab and arm workouts, 15 minutes on the elliptical (100 calories). Stay strong ladies! :)
